Fathers On the Move owes its early successes primarily to Bishop Victor Glover’s vision, lived experiences, diligence, and passion. FOTM has thus far been a fully volunteer organization. In recent years Bishop Glover has been able to enlist the help of a small group of volunteers. Our goal is to now expand and strengthen this team.

Currently, FOTM consists of Founder and Executive Director Bishop Glover, his wife Carliethia, Treasurer Anthony Moore,  Transitional Housing Director Theo Walker, and Proposal and Outreach Advisor Paul Stayert, all of whom make up FOTM’s Board of Directors.
